Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@lashmuse.com.

Refund requests will only be accepted if submitted at least 14 days before the class start date.

Refund Eligibility

14+ Days Before Class Start Date: Refunds will be issued minus a $100 non-refundable processing fee.

Less Than 14 Days Before Class Start Date: No refunds will be issued due to the limited class size and the resources already allocated.

Ticket Transfers

If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual for the same class date. Please contact us at least 7 days prior to the class to facilitate the transfer.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the class without prior notification will result in forfeiture of your payment.

Rescheduling Policy

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may offer an option to reschedule to the next available class date. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the class.
